CANCELLATION & RETURN POLICY

  • Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.
  • Returns are accepted within 24 hours of delivery if the item is unused, in its original condition, and includes all original tags and packaging.
  • If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we offer a replacement or full refund.
  • Items with size mismatches (if different from invoice details) or wrong prints are eligible for exchange.
  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after return approval.
  • Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer unless the item is defective.
  • Refunds do not include the Cash on Delivery (COD) fee or shipping charges.
